My name is Scott Dickson, and I am a culinary student at New England Culinary Institute. I am a very passionate, determined individual, with high aspirations of becoming a restaurant owner. My drive and love for food will hopefully take me far in this industry.
Throughout this website, you will find many different things about me including my resume. There is also a biography section where you can learn about where I have been, and my goals for the future. I have a restaurant concept section, where you can find my restaurant menu, and a flyer I have done. There is a blog tab, where I have written and will continue writing blogs that anyone can comment on as well. Finally there is a picture link that will allow you to see some of the food that I have made, as well as food and restaurant layouts that I think are close to something I would want in the future.
