Growing up in a very large family, food was always a part of my life. What started out as just something I enjoyed eating, quickly turned into a
passion of mine. I started off my culinary career as a dishwasher and bus boy, but I did not want to stop there. I put in many hours of hard work, and
eventually made my way up the chain of command to become a line cook. My passion for food showed in the dishes that I prepared for the public,
and did not go unnoticed with my superiors. I soon was given more and more responsibilities on the line, and eventually was promoted to sous chef, where I worked for a year.
My passion for food and the restaurant business did not allow me to just stay put as a sous chef. I needed more, so I decided to go to New England Culinary Institute. In the future, I hope to eventually own my own restaurant/ club. I want an establishment where people can go and feel comfortable eating quality food at an affordable price. In my vision, I see the patrons also being able to go to an upstairs night club, for an evening of dancing, fun, and drinks. In a nutshell, I envision myself being a very successful restaurant owner, bringing great food and night life to the location I
choose.
